Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to SKINFLEX Pty Ltd ("SKINFLEX", "we", "our", "us").

SKINFLEX is a membership-based platform that provides eligible members with access to exclusive promotions, giveaways, rewards, member benefits and other experiences made available from time to time.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing our website, mobile applications, Discord community, or using any SKINFLEX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Giveaway Rules and all other policies published on the SKINFLEX website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To become a member, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• comply with any regional restrictions stated in the applicable Giveaway Rules — some promotions or prizes (for example, physical prize delivery) may be limited to specific regions.
• provide accurate account information.
• comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

SKINFLEX may refuse or cancel Membership where participation would breach applicable laws or these Terms.

3. Membership

SKINFLEX offers tiered Memberships, each providing different benefits as displayed on the Website.

Membership benefits may include:

• entry allocations.
• access to promotions.
• member rewards.
• exclusive content.
• other benefits announced by SKINFLEX.

Membership benefits may change from time to time.

4. Billing & Renewal

Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe.

Your Membership renews automatically on your individual billing date unless cancelled.

If payment fails:

• your Membership benefits are suspended until payment is successfully processed.
• the treatment of any existing entries during the failed payment period will be determined in accordance with the Giveaway Rules and any published platform settings.

We may change Membership pricing by providing reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

5. Tier Changes

Upgrades

• take effect immediately.
• the prorated difference is charged immediately.
• if payment fails, the upgrade does not occur.

Where a Bronze Member upgrades to Silver or Gold, the Member receives the full monthly entry allocation for the new tier immediately.

Where a Silver Member upgrades to Gold, existing unused entries remain unchanged, and the Gold monthly allocation begins from the next renewal date.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Downgrading from:

• Gold to Silver retains all unused entries.
• Silver or Gold to Bronze forfeits all remaining entry balance when the downgrade takes effect.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

When your Membership ends:

• any unused Membership entry balance is forfeited.
• all entries obtained through your Membership are removed from any Promotion that has not yet been drawn.
• free promotional entries obtained through a separate free entry method are not affected.

Membership entries remain valid only while your Membership is active.

No refunds are provided for unused Membership periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law or otherwise approved by SKINFLEX.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refund requests are considered individually.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, SKINFLEX may suspend your Membership while the matter is investigated.

8. Promotions & Entries

Participation in Promotions is governed by the SKINFLEX Giveaway Rules.

Membership does not guarantee winning any Prize.

Entries are promotional benefits attached to an active Membership and have no monetary value.

9. Prize Delivery

Digital Prizes

Digital prizes such as CS2 skins require:

• a valid Steam account.
• a valid Steam Trade URL.
• compliance with Steam’s trading requirements.

Steam trade holds, delays or restrictions imposed by Valve are outside SKINFLEX’s control.

Physical Prizes

Physical prizes are delivered to the Australian address provided by the winner.

Tracking information will be provided once dispatched where available.

If delivery fails because incorrect information was supplied, SKINFLEX may, at its discretion, arrange redelivery.

10. Prize Claims

Winners must provide all required delivery information within 14 days of being requested.

Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Forfeited prizes remain the property of SKINFLEX and may be used in future promotions at our discretion.

11. Accounts & Conduct

Everyone may hold only one SKINFLEX account.

A single email address, Steam account and payment profile may only be linked to one Membership.

SKINFLEX may suspend or permanently terminate accounts where we reasonably believe:

• multiple accounts are operated by the same person.
• false information has been provided.
• fraudulent conduct has occurred.
• payment abuse or chargebacks have occurred.
• platform manipulation has occurred.
• these Terms have been breached.

Where an account is terminated:

• Membership ends immediately.
• any remaining entry balance is forfeited.
• entries into undrawn Promotions are removed.
• the Member is ineligible to receive outstanding prizes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and branding, remains the property of SKINFLEX or its licensors.

You must not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKINFLEX is not liable for:

• indirect loss.
• consequential loss.
• loss resulting from Steam outages or third-party platform failures.
• delays outside our reasonable control.
• fluctuations in the market value of digital prizes after delivery.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect Members, reasonable notice will be provided before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of SKINFLEX constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
